Breakfast was a highlight with freshly brewed coffee, though the tea served with it had a strange aftertaste that was disappointing. I appreciated the friendly staff, but the tea experience detracted from the otherwise enjoyable stay.

Everything was very comfortable, with excellent and extremely friendly staff, met the needs. Had essentials needed in the double room, including a coffeemaker and a refrigerator. It offered perfect service and brilliant food too. The venue provided a bar in the reception.

Staying here was amazing because it was a short stroll to both the Tower Bridge and Borough Market, made my weekend explorations super easy and enjoyable. Plus, I appreciated the friendly staff who went the extra mile to enhance my experience.

The hotel is super nice, rooms look beautifull and they got awesome facilities like room service and a tea station. The staff is really helpful and friendly. The bed is comfy. Location is perfect for exploring the city, just a short walk to public transport!

The room was kinda hot and we couldn't really cool it down at all. The bar closed early and we couldn't even get drinks after a long day.

The staff were really chill and helpful , made it nice. The room was cozy and clean n comfortable, perfect for catchin up on sleep after our flights. Plus, the rooftop bar is a huge bonus for chillin in the evenings. Breakfast was also really good, plenty of options.

But the shower coulda used a bit more cleaning and the room was a tad smaller than we expected. It was kind of pricey for just one night.

We had an very nice stay, especially enjoying the delicious breakfast and the lovely upgrade to a king room. There were great relaxation spots like the rooftop terrace and the cozy lounge area. The only slight issue was the Wi-Fi being a bit spotty at times, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

Really good service, fine decor.

The hotel had a lovely, modern decor that felt inviting. The common areas were spacious and offered easy access, particularly nice for seniors like me, we could navigate comfortably and enjoy our stay.

More grab bars in bathrooms would be helpful.

The location is super close to tower bridge. I loved the water refill station on each floor-such a nice touch! The breakfast staff were really friendly. Shoutout to the comfy king room that gave me a perfect night's sleep!
